Easy DIY Two Ingredients Shower Cleaner

Don't you just hate it when you clean your shower and after ONE use it looks like you didn't do anything at all!! It drives me crazy-- those darn water spots from hard water and not to mention soap scum! And to make matters worse (for me) I have a clear glass shower. No frosted glass in this house! So you can see everything! Ugh!

2 ingredients to clean your shower
I have an easy solution! When you shower you simple use a dish wand filled with some common household products and give the entire shower a quick once over. Let the water wash it away and you're done! Seriously, it takes one minute.

If you keep it up, then there is no scrubbing involved. Just a quick wipe and your shower will always be looking pristine. Now, not to say there will never be water spots-- I don't promise miracles here! This is just a simple solutions that is 95% better than what I did before.

What You Need:
  • Dawn
  • White Vinegar
  • Wand
Fill the wand with a 50/50 mix of the two ingredients and get to work! I store mine in the shower in a dry place.
I got this recipe from Joyful Homemaking a while ago-- check it out!

This picture was taken a couple of hours after I used the recipe. I simply just ran over the glass, knob, and walls with the wand and let the water wash it away. Here is the result! No scrubbing! I promise!

  5. When I was little, my Army dad would make me scrub the bathroom mirrors with vinegar and newspaper…according to him, that’s the way the Army did it.
